What hobbies do you have?

My husband and I compete in BBQ competitions in CA, AZ, and NV.

What do you do outside serving to unwind?

Explore new places, restaurants, and parks with my family.

Who is your hero, and why?

My mom, through many difficulties, raised me and my siblings with no education and in a country where she had no family or spoke the language.

What is your child's proudest accomplishment?

They are both little, but for my son, it would be that he completed 1 year of physical therapy that allowed him to be able to run and play soccer. My daughter recently was accepted for a dual immersion program at school where she will continue to learn Spanish.
