- How do you usually start the day?

I like to get into the office early and spend time in God's Word. I am currently reading through and studying the Matthew's Gospel.

- What is your favorite book to read?

A longtime favorite has been Calvin Miller's "A Requiem for Love" (Book 1 of The Singer Trilogy). It is a poetic retelling of the early chapters of Genesis up to Adam and Eve's departure from the Garden. I also really enjoy reading books authored by John Steinbeck.

- What was the last movie you went to? What did you think?

I'm a big film buff. I love classic movies but the most recent movie I saw and loved was Dune 2. Such an epic tale, awesome production design, and intriguing musical score!

- What did you want to be when you were small?

I loved my childhood pastor so much that I always told everyone I wanted to be a preacher like Pastor Larry Taylor (FBC Thomas, OK)

- If you could only eat one meal for the rest of your life, what would it be?

The State Meal of Oklahoma: Chicken-Fried Steak, fried okra, corn, biscuits, sausage gravy, and pecan pie. With either a sweet tea or Dr. Pepper. Of course, most of these foods lead to a shortened life span, so....
